- Keep an eye on our socials and events page for details of our designated drop-off sessions.
- Check the details of the drop-off session that month. We have specific asks for particular items e.g. children’s coats / men’s trousers etc. Without a permanent premises we have to be discerning about what we take.
- When you’re sure you have the right items needed by our community, please message us through facebook, instagram or email for a booking slot. By being this organised we know we can manage the process quickly and efficiently. Please try to come within your time slot, it makes the process so much easier for our lovely volunteers.
- We always ask that clothing is good quality, freshly washed and donated in a clearly labelled bag for life.
We take donations once a month, with ad hoc requests in cases of urgent need.
Our events page has up to date details of all pop-up clothes banks and donation days.
Please note, as we are limited on space, we have specific asks and are only able to take the clothing we have specified.
At each clothing bank event we bring high quality, seasonally appropriate clothing and shoes for adults and kids of all ages. We have clothing sizes 6-26.
For children we create age-appropriate “bundles”, which are a basic “wardrobe in a bag”. These bundles typically include 2 pairs of trousers, 2 t-shirts, 2 jumpers, PJs and brand new underwear.

No. We support those who are financially struggling: from growing families to refugees, people who have been seriously ill, or those escaping domestic violence. We also help like-minded charities and organisations, social and keyworkers. But there are always more that need our help.
Our pop up events are held regularly in Whitstable, Margate and Canterbury. Customers who come to these events are welcome to choose clothes for free for themselves and their family. There are also free clothes rails in various locations across East Kent.
Just a polite and gentle note here – we aren’t here for people reselling clothes or looking to expand their wardrobes, we aren’t a charity shop or vintage store, However – if you are looking for some preloved bargains, please do come to our fundraising events – there’s always a bargain to be had!
No, we currently provide clothing and shoes and a small selection of hats and scarves. Depending on where you live we may be able to advise the nearest organisation that can help you find the items you need.
