What do we offer?
We provide clothes and shoes for all ages including babies, toddlers, teens and adults. We try to cater for all shapes and sizes and offer clothing from size 6 to 26. We also say that if there's something you can't find let us know and we'll do our best to source it for you.
We carefully select clothes that are of a high quality and seasonally appropriate. We arrange everything in size order and display on rails for ease of relaxed browsing.
To try and make the experience as easy as possible, children's clothes are curated into “bundles” to provide a basic “wardrobe in a bag”, typically containing 2 pairs of trousers, 2 t-shirts, 2 jumpers, PJs and brand new underwear.
Who can access clothing?
We support those who are financially struggling: from growing families to refugees, people who have been seriously ill, or those escaping domestic violence. We also help like-minded charities and organisations, social and keyworkers. But there are always more that need our help.
Our pop up events are held regularly in Whitstable, Margate and Canterbury. Customers who come to these events are welcome to choose clothes for free for themselves and their family. There are also free clothes rails in various locations across East Kent.
Just a polite and gentle note here - we aren’t here for people reselling clothes or looking to expand their wardrobes, we aren’t a charity shop or vintage store, However - if you are looking for some preloved bargains, please do come to our fundraising events - there’s always a bargain to be had!
How do I get clothing support?
- Come to one of our monthly pop-up events in Whitstable, Canterbury or Margate (see our events page and social media for details of events).
- Visit one of our free clothing rails (there's a map here for clothes rail locations).
- Speak to your social/key worker to contact us directly.
- Get in touch if there's anything you need specifically as we often hold events for additional clothing items like maternity, formalwear, sportswear etc.
If you work for an organisation that needs our service please get in touch as we can provide for bulk/emergency orders.
